Failed or Delayed Payments

If payment is not received or verified, PaintFu reserves the right to place your order on hold or cancel it. We are not responsible for additional charges applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method only. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
