A Framed Canvas is a physical, made-to-order wall-art product with attached hanging hardware.

A Digital Print is an electronically delivered artwork file. No physical product is shipped. You arrange printing, paper, size, and framing.

Standard shipping is free worldwide for Framed Canvas orders, with no minimum. Digital Prints do not require shipping.

Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Carrier transit time is added after production and varies by destination and conditions.

Orders are made to order by PaintFu printing partners. The fulfillment location can vary based on destination, product availability, product requirements, and production capacity.

When tracking is available, it is sent after shipment. Carrier updates may require approximately 24 hours to appear.

Only before production begins. Contact support@paintfu.com promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production.

You may request a voluntary physical return within 14 days after receipt, subject to the Return and Refund Policy and applicable statutory rights. The customer pays postage for a voluntary return.

Contact support@paintfu.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the complete item, packaging, and issue. Report product problems within 30 days after receipt.

Contact support when tracking is overdue. A lost-shipment claim should be made within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

A downloaded file cannot be physically returned. Refunds are generally unavailable after download, except for a defective, corrupted, incorrect, or inaccessible file and where required by law.

Download access is delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Check the order email and spam folder before contacting support.

Digital Prints are licensed for personal use. You may print and display the artwork for yourself, but you may not resell, redistribute, share, or commercially exploit the file.

PaintFu uses Shopify Payments and displays Shop Pay, Visa, PayPal, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, and Klarna. The methods actually offered depend on checkout conditions and provider eligibility.

Review the currency and final total displayed during checkout. Your bank or provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee.

Email support@paintfu.com with the order number, checkout email, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.
