How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+02:00, Tallinn time) will be processed the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes or cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship both domestically within Estonia and internationally to most countries.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic deliveries within Estonia take 3–6 business days. International deliveries take 3–9 business days depending on destination and customs.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Are taxes included in the price?

For domestic orders within Estonia, applicable taxes are included at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. PaintFu does not provide prepaid return labels. Returned items must be securely packaged, and customers are responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider.

Can I return a custom canvas?

Custom or personalized canvases cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are available only for the same canvas and only if the original item arrived defective or damaged. Replacements are sent at no additional cost.

What if my order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

What happens if my package is undeliverable?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, customers are responsible for re-shipping costs. Any applicable refunds exclude original shipping charges.

Free standard shipping is available on Framed Canvas orders to supported destinations, with no minimum. Digital Prints do not involve shipping.

How long does production take?
Framed Canvas production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is added after production and depends on the destination and carrier conditions.

Where are Framed Canvas orders fulfilled?
Orders are made to order by our printing partner. The fulfillment location can vary based on the destination, product availability, and production capacity.

Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it is sent after shipment. Carrier updates may take approximately 24 hours to appear.

Can I change my address or cancel?

Returns and problems

Can I return a Framed Canvas?
You may request a physical return within 14 days after receipt, subject to the Return and Refund Policy and applicable statutory rights. For a voluntary return, the customer pays return shipping.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@paintfu.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the complete item. Report the issue as soon as possible and within 30 days after receipt.

Can I return a Digital Print?
A downloaded Digital Print cannot be physically returned. Defective, corrupted, or incorrect files are reviewed under the Digital Art Policy and applicable law.
