Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Q: What is the order cut-off time?
A: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+02:00, Tallinn time) will be processed the next business day.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Changes or cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship both domestically within Estonia and internationally to most countries.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free on all orders €50.00 and above (Domestic & International). For orders under €50.00, a flat rate of €9.95 applies.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Domestic (Estonia): 3–6 business days.
  • International: 3–9 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Q: Will I get tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Taxes & Duties

Q: Are taxes included in the price?
A: For domestic orders within Estonia, applicable taxes are included at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: PaintFu covers the return shipping cost. We’ll provide a free downloadable return label once your return is approved.

Q: Are there any restocking fees?
A: No. We do not charge restocking fees.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Q: Can I return a custom canvas?
A: Custom or personalized canvases cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes. Exchanges are only available for the same canvas and only if the original item arrived defective or damaged. Replacements are sent at no extra cost.

Delivery Issues

Q: What if my order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Q: What happens if my package is undeliverable?
A: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, customers are responsible for re-shipping costs. Refunds (if applicable) exclude original shipping charges.
