Know exactly what you receive, how personal-use licensing works, and what to do if a download or file is not right.
This policy applies only to PaintFu Digital Print purchases. Your order provides access to a downloadable artwork file under the personal-use licence described below.

Permission to print and display the artwork in your own spaces.
Review the product page before purchase. File specifications, dimensions, and other product-specific details shown there form part of your purchase information.
Download access is sent electronically after payment is successfully processed. Use a valid email address at checkout and check spam, promotions, or filtered folders.
If access does not arrive or a link does not work, email support@paintfu.com with the order number and checkout email. Do not place a duplicate order solely because an email is delayed.
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal purposes. You may download the file, keep a reasonable personal backup, print it for your own home or personal workspace, and display those personal prints.
Contact PaintFu before any commercial, editorial, promotional, or resale use.
You are responsible for arranging printing and framing. Review the file details shown on the product page before purchase and choose a printer that supports the supplied format and intended dimensions.
Screens, printers, inks, papers, finishes, and color profiles can change the final appearance. PaintFu cannot guarantee an exact screen-to-print color match. For a large final print, request or produce a small proof first.
Do not enlarge a file beyond the dimensions or resolution recommended for that product without expecting possible loss of sharpness.
Because a Digital Print is an electronic file, it cannot be physically returned. After download, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are generally unavailable.
If the supplied file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or different from the product purchased, contact support within 14 days. Include the order number, device or software used, and a clear description or screenshot of the problem.
PaintFu reviews each request. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights. For general refund conditions, see the Return and Refund Policy.
Before purchase, confirm that you can download, open, print, and store the file format described on the product page. Keep your order email and save a personal backup after download.
PaintFu can help with a missing, corrupted, or incorrect supplied file. We cannot control third-party print quality, printer calibration, paper choice, framing, local print-shop charges, or software that is incompatible with the supplied format.

Not always. Screens, printers, inks, papers, and color settings reproduce color differently. A small proof print is recommended before ordering a large or expensive final print.
No. You arrange printing and framing yourself. This gives you control over the paper, finish, size, frame, and local print provider. Product-page file specifications should be reviewed before purchase.
A downloaded file cannot be physically returned. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are generally unavailable after download, except for a defective, corrupted, or incorrect file, applicable statutory rights, or another issue approved by PaintFu.
Contact support@paintfu.com within 14 days with the order number and a description of the problem. PaintFu will review the file issue and provide an appropriate correction or resolution when the claim is approved.
