Return/Refund Policy for Canvas Artwork

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your canvas artwork to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your canvas must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Custom or personalized canvases cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@paintfu.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your canvas. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • We are not liable for any damage that occurs to the canvas during return shipping. Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage.
  • If the returned product is received in a damaged condition due to insufficient packaging or handling by the customer, the customer will incur the cost of the damage.

Please inspect your canvas upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The canvas is defective.
  • The canvas is damaged.
  • You received the wrong artwork.

Damages and issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to ensure prompt resolution. To help us resolve the issue and speed up the return or refund process, please email photos of the damage along with clear images of the canvas where all four corners are visible so we can fully assess the artwork. If the canvas arrives damaged but you like the artwork, you can request a replacement free of charge. In this case, you may also keep the damaged canvas.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the canvas is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible for a return under this policy, the canvas must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your canvas, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for the same canvas and only if the original item arrived damaged or was of poor quality. For defective or damaged canvases, exchanges will be processed at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are submitted, as they are processed immediately by our fulfillment partner. Ensure your order details are accurate before placing your order.
