PaintFu provides free worldwide shipping on all Framed Canvas orders, with no minimum. Each piece is made specifically for you and routed through our printing partner's global fulfillment network.
PaintFu offers physical Framed Canvas wall art and downloadable Digital Prints. Their delivery methods are completely different, so we keep them clearly separated.
Physical product
Made to order, professionally produced, packed, and shipped to your delivery address. Free worldwide standard shipping is included.
Electronic product
A downloadable artwork file. No physical item is shipped, so physical shipping charges, carrier delivery, and tracking do not apply.
PaintFu provides free worldwide standard shipping on every Framed Canvas order. There is no minimum purchase and no €50 threshold. Standard delivery is included as part of the Framed Canvas offer.
Express delivery, special handling, or another optional upgraded service may cost extra if it is offered and selected. If a standard shipping charge unexpectedly appears at checkout, contact support@paintfu.com before completing payment so we can review it.
Every Framed Canvas is made to order by PaintFu's printing partner. Rather than sending every order from one fixed warehouse, the fulfillment system selects a suitable production facility using the delivery destination, product availability, production requirements, and current capacity.
This means a U.S. order can be produced and shipped from a U.S. facility when routing conditions allow. Orders for customers in Europe and other regions may be routed through an appropriate regional facility. The exact production location can vary, so PaintFu does not guarantee one specific country or facility for every order.
A Framed Canvas is produced after you order it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline.
Carrier transit begins after production. Transit time depends on the destination, carrier availability, local conditions, and possible international handoffs. Your overall delivery time is therefore:
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays. PaintFu does not use a fixed Tallinn order cut-off because production is routed through a distributed fulfillment network.
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch when the selected service supports tracking. A new tracking number may take around 24 hours to show its first carrier scan, and international handoffs can take longer to update.
Items from the same order may occasionally be produced at different facilities. If that happens, they can arrive separately and each shipment may receive its own tracking details.
If tracking has not changed for an unusual length of time, use the order tracking page first, then contact support@paintfu.com with your order number.
PaintFu ships Framed Canvas orders worldwide wherever a supported delivery service is available. Temporary carrier restrictions, local regulations, or service interruptions can make a destination unavailable. Checkout confirms whether an order can currently be delivered to the address provided.
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local handling fees may apply depending on the destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Contact support@paintfu.com as quickly as possible. An address change or cancellation is only possible before production begins and cannot be guaranteed after the order enters production.
Send your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the complete item. Report a damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect Framed Canvas as soon as possible and within 30 days after receipt so the claim can be reviewed.
For a package that appears lost in transit, contact support within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or not collected, reshipment costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Shipping and return conditions are different. Read the Return and Refund Policy before returning an item, and do not send a Framed Canvas to PaintFu's registered business address unless support has provided that address in the return instructions.
