Shipping Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to physical Framed Canvas products. A Digital Print (Digital Download) is delivered electronically, and no physical item is shipped.

2. Fulfillment

Framed Canvas orders are made to order by our printing partner. The fulfillment location can vary based on the delivery destination, product availability, and production capacity. PaintFu’s registered address in Tallinn is not a production studio or fulfillment hub.

3. Production time

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production occurs before carrier transit.

4. Destinations and shipping fees

PaintFu offers free standard shipping on Framed Canvas orders to supported destinations, with no minimum. Destination availability is confirmed during checkout. Digital Prints do not involve shipping.

5. Estimated delivery

Production and shipping are separate stages. Shipping time begins after production and varies by destination, product availability, and carrier conditions. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent after shipment. Carrier updates may take approximately 24 hours to appear and can take longer during international handoffs.

7. Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply depending on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

8. Split shipments

Items may be shipped separately when they are fulfilled at different facilities. Separate shipments may have separate tracking details.

9. Address changes and cancellations

Contact support@paintfu.com promptly. An address or order can only be changed or canceled before production begins, and changes cannot be guaranteed after submission.

10. Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

Contact support@paintfu.com with your order number and clear photographs when applicable. Damage, defect, or misprint claims should be reported as soon as possible and within 30 days after receipt. Lost-in-transit concerns should be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Each claim is reviewed before a replacement or refund is approved.

11. Undeliverable or returned packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or an unclaimed customs charge, additional shipping costs may apply before it can be sent again.
